Their main product is a graduation cap, which can be fully customised with prints, colours and embroidery. the company is onpart of the Ajat Group, just like ABC-Gruppen and Crownstudent. They also serve both students (B2C) and schools (B2B) with a personalised range of student caps. So a complex business case! What they need? An attractive, personalised product presentation as well as a manageable platform.

C.L. Seifert's products are not only sold in the webshop. With their omnichannel approach they also market the products locally, for instance at events in schools. Their online sales platform should therefore serve as an extension of their local approach.

3D configurator : Lightning-fast personalisation

C.L. Seifert offers students unprecedented options to personalise the product. With the 3D configurator, students are able to customise the cap completely according to their own wishes, and the result is always visualised in high-quality 3D images. Every time a configuration is saved or added to the shopping basket, the user is shown 'snapshot' of his design.

The 3D configurator we already developed for Crownstudent underwent an optimisation. For instance, the click-interaction is now even faster. And even at peak load, the configurator continues to deliver high performance. The configurator was also included in the personalisation exercise. A student at a school offering a personalised product is immediately presented with his school's cap as a basic model to configure further.

Business Manager:
User-friendly management

The Business Manager is at the heart of platform. It is the solution to C.L. Seifert's personalisation challenge. In this Business Manager, the company can store all school data and all personalisation rules: the personalised product, sales prices, content and more. Based on entered dependencies, Go Eve displays all sales rules to the end user of the platform at lightning speed. The Rule Engine is easily maintainable, making Go Eve user-friendly not only for your customers, but also for you!
